We noticed that getting leadership and organisation development work off the ground is getting increasingly sticky. So we gathered senior HR and development people from client organisations to explore what this is about and how to make progress in these treacley times. People came from as far and wide as (amongst others) BP, Bayer, Deloitte, the NHS, Network Rail, RBS and HSBC.
